Happy Birthday S!!! November 2013 *archived

Happy Birthday to my sweet baby boy. Eleven years old? How did we get this far so quickly. You have always been so thoughtful and kind. So eager to make someone smile. Your creativity has no end. Signing, acting, dancing, story writing, drawing, building... The list goes on and on.
These days you are obsessed with planning and dreaming of what you are going to be when you grow up. Currently you draw plans for a Auto Paint Shop where you will paint all the fastest cars in the whole wide world. You draw bays where the cars will be painted. You draw your waiting room brimmed with technology your customers can use to bide their time. And most importantly you draw cars. You have informed me that the more expensive the car the faster it is, and that my car is really, really slow but somehow still manages to get you to school ;)
You are growing so much these days. It seems like ages since your last growth spurt and now its a game finding pants long enough and in your size. Every time I blink something new doesn't fit!
This year you requested for your Birthday Cake to be chocolate with chocolate chips and fudge on top. You really enjoy thinking up interesting desserts by either adding something to the ingredients or decorating the outside. And for the love of cheese sticks. I should by stock in dairy or start making my own to keep you satisfied.
My sweet, sweet child. I hope you always have the fire to create. To dream. And the passion to see someone smile. Happy Birthday my love. You are growing too fast for your Mommy but I am so proud to see the Man you are becoming.

Your beloved Birthday Cake. Chocolate with Chocolate Chips and Fudge.
Silly boy opening up your gifts. This one was a gift card and a silly banana air freshener from your God Father Steve
Cousin Robert had the honors of watching little sister while we all went out to dinner for your Birthday. If she looks worried... She was.
Benihana's was a great choice. You love your rice and the show was pretty awesome too,
Mimi and Papa, along with Auntie Jenn and Cyrus came out from Florida to help celebrate your Birthday and Thanksgiving this year.

For your Birthday Party you choose to go to the movies. We picked Johnny up before hand and made you a donut "cake" before heading off to see Frozen. Turns out Frozen is about a couple princesses and not just about a silly snowman and a reindeer.

After the movie and dropping off Johnny we wrote letters to Santa and mailed them out to the North Pole.

We also popped into Build a Bear where you made a penguin and fitted him nicely with karate attire and Cyrus made a Papa Smurf!

We also stopped by Santa's workshop and whispered a couple secrets into his ear!
I hope you had a wonderful Birthday this year my love!
