She speaks... Sort of. All day long it's been "yayayayaya" so much so I just assumed she had been doing this for Daddy while I was at work until I brought it up to him and he said no.
It's such a rush watching her discover the world. I wonder what her first actual world will be? I bet it just might be an animal or the sound one makes. Quack, quack!
I am in tuned with my inner Princess and fully embrace all things sugar and spice. Give me sparkles, give me glitter, give me polka dots, pearls and bows. And just when I thought I had all things simple and "girl" figured out the Lord blessed me with a boy. The journey is currently nine years in and somehow still just begun. He is clever and witty, stubborn and strong. He is the reason I wake up every morning and get no rest at night.
