Pit & Peak

Pit(s)

Daylight Savings Time is not rough... I LOVE coming home from work in the evening and opening up the house and listening as the birds chirp while I kick back and (try to) de-swell my ankles before the dinner routine takes effect.

Speaking of these ankles... And now somehow my feet as well (my tattoo's of never looked plumper) have been ridic since Wednesday. I found myself at the end of Wednesday at work cringing as I bent over to pick something up because it felt like my skin was going to rip where my ankles should be. Holy. Cow. And I have been swollen ever since.

I am grateful it has just stuck to my lower regions and not anything that would concern my Dr's, but the Lord made me a little too vain for this!! All I want to do is wear skirts and ankle pants with flippy flops. If only my belly was bigger and blocked the downward view!

I spent +$200 at baby gap somehow...

Peak(s)

Well big bro's report card came in and he lives to see another trimester!! Let's not dwell on the amount of candy wrappers Nick found when he was rearranging his room while we were at Basketball practice. The look on his face alone was priceless... (insert evil Mommy laugh)

I ordered/received the fabric for Baby B's valance and crib skirt!! Trying to explain to Nick what a valance was and why we NEEDED it involved a lot air drawing and facial gestures though. Yay for yellow chevron!!!!

I am on a mission for homecoming/baby born outfits... See pit above ^.

And finally... We got our (Daddy's) beloved glider!! Good Lord I would have never imagined this being the item that I had no say in what so ever lol. Which I am fine with. We could not customize the fabric because someone... couldn't decide on what he wanted until it was to late to do so. +3 months for custom fabric wha???? Might it be noted that we NEVER even thought about measuring the room, hallway, door, front door or chair. The chair had to be removed from the container in the front yard (9pm) and the front room rearranged to get it through that door. The wall heater thingy removed to get it to the bedroom and the door of her room removed BUT it is in!!!
